Different boot sole length

I do have a random technical question.
I currently have the Salomon shift pro boot which is 316mm long and after this season am thinking about getting the hoji free which is 310mm long not sure how they can be so much shorter for same size boot.
Will I be able to adjust my bindings which are marker duke PT to accomodate the change
Will my ski and boot centre be off? Does this matter much?

I've got two pair of boots here, one is a 276 and one is a 280.
They fit similarly.
The Duke PT should adjust just fine for you and I doubt you'll notice the difference.
