I picked up a pair of used Stockli Laser SC which had this demo binding mounted. They have a 'DIN' setting range of 2.5 to 10, appear to have a delta of about 2 degrees, and the toe sits about 10mm higher than the Look Pivot 12s I have on my other skis. I am wondering how it compares to the Pivots.

The Pivot is its own concept and every demo binding will be higher. A 2.5-10 DIN binding is a disservice to a SC, it is a low level demo/rental bindings. Id suggest replacing it with a more solid interface.
