We just missed you. We left about 1:46. Light was getting too flat..how could you see? Come to Rose tomorrow. All the cool kids will be there.... @Andy Mink @Mendieta @Tricia @va_deb @ScotsSkier @Philpug well...Not sure cool is right word.

Skiing by feel. At least I could see the stream beds I never knew were there. Alpine Bowl had wind buff! That's a pretty straight forward run, and I could see the scoured areas usually.
Would love to go to Mt Rose today. But we were out a little late and are just having breakfast. Have to pack up and leave after skiing. So I'm stuck at Northstar. Sounds like it's going to be a fun and cool group at Rose. Hope you get a chance to get pics! I will make it there this season.

Day 3: Saturday at Copper. WROD! Some runs were scary.

Really curious to know what runs you were on at Copper that were scary? I skied there today and thought it was skiing pretty decently.

It wasn't the condition of the runs, they were fine. Just just don't like skiing with that many people around me.

Yep. This. I was at Copper for my 6th day of the season Saturday. The skiing was fine but I was terrified to be on Rosi’s with masses of people skiing at speeds ranging from 2 MPH to 50 and heading in a wide variety of directions.
